  This program was something I hacked together to satisfy my need for
  ever-changing backgrounds with minimal user input.  It takes a random
  .bmp file from a user-defined directory and copies it to a file called
  CURRENT.BMP in the Windows directory, which the user defines as
  their background.  It works on my copy of Win95, and it should work
  on 3.1 too, but it's ugly.  I take no responsibility for its
  suitability in your environment, or for any damage that may arise
  from its use.  Use at your own risk.  Freeware.  BP7.0 source incl.
